About This Project

The mass grave was found in street Nova 28 in the yard of a family house. In October 1999 the remains of ten victims of Homeland War were exhumed from the mass grave and two victims were exhumed from individual graves. This is a memorial dedicated to 12 Croatian soldiers and the civilians killed in the aggression against Croatia. They were exhumed from one mass and two individual graves in Nova street, in Vukovar’s neighborhood Sajmiste.
